Terms of Service
1. PAYMENT TERMS.
We offer a complete estimate for FREE prior to repair.
Full payment for services is due upon reciept of estimate - typically within 48 hours of receiving your unit.
We accept all major credit cards and cash. Checks are not accepted as a form of payment. When ordering non-stocked parts, it’s our sole discretion whether to require payment before parts are ordered. Bench fees are included in the price of the service and are nonrefundable.
Customer agrees to pick-up/ship Q machine repairs and pay for services rendered within thirty (30) days of service completion. If repaired item is not paid for or picked up within thirty (30) days a storage fee of $1 per day will be charged in addition to the original fee. If repaired item is not picked up within ninety (90) days it will be considered abandoned, according to Colorado state law, and repaired item will become property of Denver Nutrition, LLC and will be sold to recover damages and non-payment.
You will be refunded if Denver Nutrition, LLC is unable to resolve your issue. In some instances, new parts may be required in order to resolve your issue. If the customer chooses not to order the needed new parts or to have us complete service to resolve the issue, a refund will be issued less the bench fee upon pick up ($65). All services include a ninety (90) day limited warranty from date of original pickup; further description of the limited warranty available on request.
Denver Nutrition, LLC provides our services in an effort to fix, upgrade, or otherwise repair the Q Energy spa/BEFE/Array for which you request such services. We will not intentionally harm your system. It is our goal to fix your item. In the case of accidental damage to your item, further damage caused by already existing problems in your item, you agree to hold us, Denver Nutrition, LLC, and any persons associated with or involved in the work being done for you, non-liable for any damages resulting from such problems. Denver Nutrition, LLC is not liable for any and all irreparable damage.
5. SERVICE AND SUPPORT
Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We will backup our work with support services. Free support will be provided for problems requested to be resolved in the work order but not resolved within the 7 day warranty period. Additional support may be provided free of charge at our discretion.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold Denver Nutrition, LLC harmless from all claims, losses, expenses, and/or fees including attorney fees, costs, and judgments that may be asserted against Denver Nutrition, LLC.
7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties, and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written concerning the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between the parties.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
We respect your right to privacy and have taken steps to ensure that any information you provide to us will remain safe and secure. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts your credit card number and is the industry standard for secure e-commerce transactions.
When you order service with Denver Nutrition, LLC, the information you provide is used only to fulfill your order with us and will not be shared with any other companies.
We may send correspondence via email from time to time. If you'd like to stop receiving email messages, you may place a request to have your email removed from our list at anytime.
